Alor Feri Limited built the PDF Tools Lite Pro app as a paid application. This SERVICE is provided by Alor Feri Limited and is intended for use as is.

By using our Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. We value your privacy and aim to keep the app simple, safe, and transparent. PDF Tools Lite Pro is designed to process PDF files and document images locally on your device.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible through PDF Tools Lite Pro unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
PDF Tools Lite Pro does not require account registration, login, name, email address, phone number, or other personally identifiable information to use the current version of the app.
The app allows users to select images and PDF files from their device in order to create, scan, merge, split, compress, convert, open, share, rename, organize, or delete PDF-related files.
These files are selected or created by the user and are processed locally on the device.
We do not upload your selected PDFs, images, scanned documents, or generated files to our servers. The current version of the app does not require a backend account system, cloud storage service, or remote PDF processing service for its core document-processing features.
Document Scanner and Images
PDF Tools Lite Pro may allow you to scan documents using your device camera or import images from your device.
Document scanning features may include automatic edge detection, cropping, perspective correction, rotation, image enhancement, filters, multi-page scanning, and image importing.
Scanned and imported images are used only to perform the actions requested by you and are processed locally on your device.
PDF Tools Lite Pro does not upload your scanned document images to Alor Feri Limited's servers.
Files and Documents
PDF Tools Lite Pro may access files that you manually select using your device file picker, document picker, photo picker, or other supported Android system interfaces.
This access is used only to perform the action requested by you, such as creating a PDF from images, scanning documents, merging PDFs, splitting a PDF, compressing a PDF, converting PDF pages into images, opening documents, or managing generated files.
Generated PDFs, scanned documents, and exported images are stored locally on your device or in storage locations selected or managed through Android.
You can open, share, rename, organize, or delete generated files from within the app where those features are available.
Local Processing
Core PDF and document processing in the current version of PDF Tools Lite Pro is performed locally on your device. This may include:
- Scanning paper documents;
- Creating PDF files from selected images;
- Merging selected PDF files;
- Splitting selected PDF files;
- Compressing selected PDF files;
- Converting PDF pages into images;
- Cropping and rotating document images;
- Enhancing document images;
- Reordering document pages;
- Managing generated PDF files.
Because processing is done locally, your selected documents are not sent to Alor Feri Limited or uploaded to an external server for PDF processing by the current version of the app.
Data Safety
The current version of PDF Tools Lite Pro does not require personal information for account creation or authentication.
The app is designed to access only files and images that you select or create through supported Android system interfaces and permissions.
PDF Tools Lite Pro does not require unrestricted access to all files on your device for normal document-processing functions.
Sharing files happens only when you choose the Share option and select another app or service from your device.
Once you share a file with another application or third-party service, that service may process the file according to its own privacy policy.
If you contact us by email for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide in that email, such as your email address, message, app version, device details, screenshots, or files voluntarily attached by you. This information is used only to respond to your request or investigate the issue you reported.

Paid App and Google Play
PDF Tools Lite Pro may be purchased and distributed through Google Play.
Google Play may process certain information related to purchasing, downloading, installing, licensing, refunds, and use of the app according to Google's own policies.
Alor Feri Limited does not directly receive or store your complete payment card or banking information when your purchase is processed through Google Play.
Payment processing is handled by Google Play or the applicable payment provider.

Advertising
PDF Tools Lite Pro is intended to provide a Pro experience without third-party advertisements.
The current version of PDF Tools Lite Pro does not use advertising SDKs to display third-party advertisements inside the app.
If advertising-related functionality is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
Analytics and Tracking
The current version of PDF Tools Lite Pro does not use personal information for behavioral advertising or cross-app advertising tracking.

Log Data
In the current version of the app, PDF Tools Lite Pro does not operate a custom server that receives the contents of your PDF documents or document images as part of normal PDF processing.
